WORKING AREA: 36 x 24 x 8 Inches with automatic up/down movement.
LASER TUBE: This equipment is equipped with one 60W, 70W, PRO 80 or PRO 100W CO2 Flex Laser. This Laser Tube is manufactured from Hard Glass, permitting it to be filled with a greater amount of CO2 gas at a higher pressure. This results in a more effective higher output of laser energy comparable to a higher 50 wattage watt laser tube, giving it the capability to cut and engrave the harder and more resistant materials, as well as delicate or fragile materials while using lower power settings & power consumption. Unlike rechargeable laser tubes, the output and quality of our Laser Tubes will not diminish over a short amount of time or require frequent recharging, thus proving to be more practical and cost-effective should they have to be replaced.
CONTROL SOFTWARE AND INTERFACE: Includes LightBURN™ All-in-One Last Version Software with support for MAC or PC or SmartCarve (You choose). Our C02 machine communicates via its USB 2.0 port to a computer and its control software. Similar to output to a printer, this makes it easy to manage various parameters such as power, speed, and resolution in order to achieve the desired results. The controller software is included at no additional charge.
RED DOT POINTER & LASER HEAD X-Y AXIS POSITIONING SYSTEM: Its Laser Head positioning system is fast and extremely accurate thanks to its components. Its steel gantry rails and laser head movement system is made with high-quality technology, and its electronic controller motors are made with micro-step. Red Dot Laser Pointer aids in the positioning of your design’s starting point of “Origin” and reference where your engraving work will be processed on to the material, as well as to trace simulation of your design.
OPTICAL LENS: This Flex Laser machine has a high-quality optics system that optimizes the focus of the laser beam on materials, allowing it to produce fine cuts or deep engravings, depending on your requirements. This machine also includes an additional lens cooling system in the Laser Lens Mount which not only protects your investment but also provides for the finest quality of work during cutting and engraving. Optional Lenses of various focal lengths can be installed depending on the type of the materials being used or the requirements of the laser process being performed.
HONEYCOMB & ALUMINUM SLATS WORKTABLE OPTIONS: Our removable honeycomb worktable is recommended when you need to engrave any material or if you want to cut fabric, cardboard, paper, rubber, felt or other types of soft and thin material, also when you cut small pieces. The aluminum slats worktable with removable strips is also available and recommended when cutting acrylic or wood because avoid the laser bounce-back effect.
DOUBLE PASS THROUGH (BACK-FRONT & SIDES): If a large work area is required to handle medium and large-sized jobs & projects, this is the Flex Laser's system you need. Our Q Series includes a double pass through Sides and Front-Back.
ROTARY ATTACHMENT (Optional): We're offering two types of rotary attachments (Chuck or Roller). Motorized digitally controlled rotary accessory to engrave cylindrical objects. (Included in our Full Package)
STAND BASE, ENCLOSED, HEAVY-DUTY, AND ERGONOMIC DESIGN (Optional): Our Heavy Duty and Ergonomic Rolling Steel stand base for your laser cutter - engraver is available for an additional fee. You can fit inside the chiller and the fume filter to save space. (Included with our Full Packages).
"BLOWER" FUME EXTRACTION SYSTEM (Optional): Various materials release small amounts of fumes and gases in the engraving or cutting process. To extract these fumes and gases, our Flex Laser comes equipped with an exhaust system and 12 feet (4 meters) of flexible ventilation duct tubing to be installed when the machine is being operated inside a small and enclosed area (Included with our Basic and Full Packages).
FUME & DUST FILTER AND COLLECTOR SYSTEM (Optional): Replace the Blower. Specially designed for compact CO2 laser cutters & engravers, our fume, and dust collector is perfect if you need to reduce considerably fumes and residues during the operation process. (Included in our Full Package).
VOLTAGE REGULATOR (Optional): A 2000VA or 3000VA voltage regulator is available to protect the laser machine’s electrical components and sensitive electronics (Included in our Full Package).
FUME FILTER or BLOWER (Optional): Various materials release small amounts of fumes and gases in the engraving or cutting process. To extract these fumes and gases, our Flex Laser comes equipped with an exhaust system and 12 feet (4 meters) of flexible ventilation duct tubing to be installed when the machine is being operated inside a small and enclosed area (Included with our Basic and Full Packages).
CHILLER (Optional): The electronic water chiller helps to regulate the laser tube temperature while in operation by keeping the water at room temperature. This is a highly efficient unit that requires minimum maintains. (Included with our Basic and Full Packages).
AIR ASSIST SYSTEM (Optional): The Air Assist System includes a compressor that helps to supply air clearing smoke & debris from the work area, cool and protect the Laser Head focusing lens, diminish the amount of flaming, scorching, charring from the workpiece, and reduce the chances of ignition when it is working with flammable materials. (Ask your advisor if included with your system). An air valve to regulate the airflow is also included. This gives you the versatility to get the best quality of any material you cut or engrave. (Included with our Basic and Full Packages).
TOOL KIT AND OPERATION MANUAL: Various materials release small amounts of fumes and gases in the engraving or cutting process. To extract these fumes and gases, our CAMFive Laser comes equipped with a basic exhaust system and 12 feet (4 meters) of flexible ventilation duct tubing to be installed when the machine is being operated inside a small and enclosed area.
WARRANTY: Mechanical and electronic components: 1 year against manufacturing defects. Parts and components damaged due to improper usage and operation of the equipment are not covered under warranty. The complete warranty shall be available once the customer has accepted and received the training program and the purchase agreement is signed by the customer. CO2 laser tube: 6 months against manufacturing defects. Laser optical components are considered consumables and are therefore not covered during the warranty period. The voltage regulator installed in this equipment is a consumable part is not included in the guarantee. In order to ensure the customer experience the best performance of the equipment and the complete warranty policy of our company, we urge following the instructions on the Safety Notice in the Operation Manual and follow the instructions of our technician on the installation of the laser machine. Failure to do so may render the warranty null and void.
INSTALLATION AND TRAINING: Technical support is offered via telephone, e-mail and other means. Instruction of installation will be written (emailed). A video with the installation of the Laser Machine can be made available. 1-day Training in the Installation, Maintenance & Operation of the Laser Machine, as well as the included software, is available Free of charge in our premises in Longwood, FL or La Puente CA. The laser machine can be set up for the customer before it is shipped, leaving only a few minor installation steps and alignments adjustments which can be done with the assistance of our technicians via phone call. Optional On-Site Installation and Training by our Tech Support Engineer is available at the customer’s request.
