DESCRIPTION OF OUR LASER CUTTING & ENGRAVING MACHINE:  

Our CAMFive Laser Cutter and Engraver Model CMA6340TF comes with a roll feeder, an automatic conveyor bed, and two Co2 laser tubes. The roll feeder allows production where rolls of material such as fabric, vinyl, leather, etc, are fed to the laser to cut or engrave. The machine feeds the material automatically in a continuous cycle in synch with the conveyor bed eliminating downtime in production, maximizing efficiency. Depending on the size of the piece being cut, it can be used with a single head for larger pieces or dual laser heads for higher production. Works 24 hours a day!.

Our lasers have been built under our CNC (Computerized Numerical Control) standards & tolerances, using strict manufacturing processes that guarantee maximum stability and minimum wear and tear of its components throughout its lifetime. Our machines can operate 24/7. It offers a stable and precise drive system with a Japanese brand displacement axle and accurate and fast step driving motors. The optical system has an American brand lens that has been optimized for outstanding performance during cutting and engraving on different materials.

CCD SCAN CAMERA (OPTIONAL): The camera positioning extracts a contour of the patterns, then the software will help to search the same pattern automatically, then do the cutting accordingly, very efficient.

CYCLE DUTTY WITH AUTOMATIC FEEDER/CONVEYOR SYSTEM: This laser machine comes with a roll dispenser and automatic conveyor bed. The roll dispenser allows the installation of a roll of fabric, vinyl, leather, etc. The machine feeds the material automatically in a continuous cycle in synchronism with the conveyor bed eliminating downtime completely to achieve the maximum productivity possible.

CYCLE DUTTY: Our machines can operate 24/7 with minimum downtime, just for periodic scheduled maintenance, depending on the frequency of use, demand of workload, and materials being used.

GERMAN DESIGN OPTICAL LENS: The machine comes standard with a 50 mm focal distance lens made with German technology, optimizes laser beam allowing it to produce fine cuts or deep engravings, depending on your requirements. Also available 75 mm focal distance lenses for other applications. GERMAN LASER HEAD X-Y AXIS POSITIONING SYSTEM AND JAPANESE MOTORS: Its Laser Head positioning system is fast and extremely accurate thanks to its high-quality components. Its Stainless Steel Gantry rails and laser head movement system is produced in Germany and its electronic controller motors are made in Japan to ensure maximum precision, reliability, and performance. Very dependable and maintenance free.

LCD MULTILANGUAGE OPERATING PANEL: User-friendly multilingual LCD Control Panel is incorporated as well as Potentiometers to regulate the laser output power, laser beam on/off button and keyed Security Lock-out switch.

LASER BEAM TRACING SYSTEM – RED DOT POINT: The red dot pointer helps as a reference to check where the laser beam will land on to your material by tracing a simulation of your design without activating the laser. As well as your starting point. (Ask your advisor if included with your system).

“USB” INTERFACE CONEXION PORTS: USB connection panel. The machine comes with a USB input port for flash drives that allows you to load files into the internal memory and USB/Printer port (connection cable included) to connect it directly to a PC.

SAFETY FEATURES SUCH AS DOOR SENSORS, EMERGENCY STOP BUTTON: Door sensors to stop the laser beam automatically. Our laser machines are equipped with security sensors and safety features disabling the equipment in case of inappropriate use or unsafe operational conditions. Emergency Stop Button gives the machine operator the ability to IMMEDIATELY and completely shut down the entire machine in case of a problem or any event. The safety turn on Key feature prevents an unauthorized use or operation of the laser machine, allowing only approved operators and/or trained personnel responsible for the operation and maintenance of the equipment.

CONTROL SOFTWARE AND INTERFACE: The control software manages various parameters such as power, speed, and resolution in order to achieve the desired results. It is capable of engraving vector and picture files directly. This software is compatible with a large variety of design programs (Such as Corel Draw. Illustrator, Photoshop, Autocad, Wilcom and more).

COMPATIBLE FILE FORMAT: Supports almost all the design and picture formats such as, bmp, gif, jpg, ai, oux, cut, dsb, dst, dxf, emd, nc, out, plt, smc and more.

AIR ASSIST SYSTEM (Optional): The Air Assist System includes a compressor that helps to supply air clearing smoke & debris from the work area, cool and protect the Laser Head focusing lens, diminish the amount of flaming, scorching, charring from the workpiece, and reduce the chances of ignition when it is working with flammable materials. (Ask your advisor if included with your system). An air valve to regulate the air flow is also included. This gives you the versatility to get the best quality of any material you cut or engrave.

ELECTRONIC WATER CHILLER UNIT (Optional): the electronic water chiller helps to regulate the laser tube temperature while in operation by keeping the water at room temperature. This is a highly efficient unit that requires minimum maintains. (Ask your advisor if included with your system).

FUME EXTRACTION SYSTEM (Optional): Various materials release small amounts of fumes and gases in the engraving or cutting process. To extract these fumes and gases, our CAMFive comes equipped with an exhaust system and 12 feet (4 meters) of flexible ventilation duct tubing to be installed when the machine is being operated inside a small and enclosed area. VOLTAGE REGULATOR (Optional): A 2000 VA, 3000 VA or 5000 VA (depending on the model you choose) voltage regulator is provided to protect the laser machine’s electrical components and sensitive electronics. (Ask your advisor if included with your system).
